Each film coated tablet contains: 

Iron amino acid chelate 120 mg
             equiv. Iron 24 mg

Thiamine hydrochloride 10 mg
             equiv. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 7.9 mg 

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10 mg 

Pyridoxine hydrochloride 6.08 mg
             equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 5 mg

Calcium folinate 110 micrograms
             equiv. Folinic acid 100 micrograms

Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) 25 micrograms

Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 60.52 mg
             equiv. ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg

Ingredients: Bulking agents (Dicalcium phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose), Ferrous bisglycinate, Disintegrants (Croscarmellose sodium, Crospovidone, Povidone), Vitamin C (Calcium ascorbate), Tablet coating (Hypromellose, Polyethylene glycol, Colours [Red iron oxide, Black iron oxide], Glazing agent [Carnauba wax]), Anti-caking agents (Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide), Thiamine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Calcium folinate, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Vegan formula. Does not contain crustacea, egg, fish, milk, peanut, sesame, soy, tree nut or animal products.
